Introduction
As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be responsible to nurture client relationships by conducting client visits along-side the Senior/Relationship Managers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating qualified sales opportunities for revenue growth. You are required to assist Senior/Relationship Managers in improving sales performance, uphold compliance, manage client communication, onboard new clients, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance relationships and align strategies.
Job Description
| Support Relationship Managers and the Sales Team by coordinating sales-related activities, onboarding support, and internal stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to improving relationship management effectiveness, supporting lead generation initiatives, and enhancing client engagement outcomes through structured follow-up and collaboration.

| Manage daily communication with clients and internal service teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of client instructions.
Maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries and complaints effectively, ensuring high service standards, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

| Support smooth operational processes by coordinating with internal departments, ensuring proper documentation follow-up, and maintaining accurate client records.
Assist with onboarding activities, administrative tasks, and operational support as directed by Relationship Managers or Senior Management.

| Collaborate effectively with team members and provide guidance to junior staff to ensure service standards and operational efficiency are maintained.
Contribute positively to team objectives by demonstrating accountability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities. |
| Ensure adherence to KYC requirements, internal policies, and regulatory obligations in all client-related activities.
Support the maintenance of up-to-date KYC records, demonstrate sound understanding of regulatory requirements for various account types, and apply a strong risk and control mindset in daily operations.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing, or a related field acceptable to the Bank.
- A minimum of six years’ experience in a similar role within the banking sector, preferably in international or global business.
- A professional qualification would constitute a definite advantage.
